1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the BIZVESTRA platform, operated by Satile Strategic Solutions Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are strictly prohibited from accessing our secure terminals.
2. Platform Access
Access to the Opportunities Marketplace is granted solely at the discretion of the CEO's office. We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate access to any user account without prior notice if fraudulent activity or breach of confidentiality is suspected.
3. Confidentiality
Users agree that all financial data, pitch decks, and proprietary project information accessed through BIZVESTRA are highly confidential. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public disclosure of platform content is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.
4. Submission Accuracy
Founders and project leads warrant that all financial representations and operational data submitted via the Pitch Portal are accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge.
